Leadership for Kids

First and for most, Dr. Bo wants to be a great mom, which is also incredibly hard. One of things she enjoyed the most is to talk about her work with her young son. Many of those conversations has led to a discussion on leadership. Dr. Bo was surprised and inspired by the leadership traits that kids show even at young age. Hence, the idea of a book called “Leadership for kids” come into her mind.

It is a book for both parents and children (best to read it together). It introduces the “Four Levels of Leadership” framework, with many supporting stories. Coming soon in 2023!
